MEDICAL FIRST AID GUDE (MFAG)
Guide used in accidents involving dangerous goods. It gives information regarding safety, first aid, and emergency procedures to be followed and action to be taken in the event of an accident involving certain dangerous goods.The MFAG is a supplement to the IMDG code. After looking up the MFAG table number see the table in the MFAG. It gives likely the signs symptoms, treatment and other advices as per the effect of goods under that table. It sugsest treatment in case of skin contact and inhalation and the procedure for the treatment.
