1) Ocean passages of the world contains infomation for sailing vessels as well as for merchant vessels which is not so with routeing charts.
2) Routeing charts provides a pictoral representation of the data provided by ocean passages of the world.
3) Routeing charts are published monthly for various sea areas. This is unlike ocean passages of the world which is published yearly and updated bia NTMs.
